We aim to keep things simple for you. When you book the Bacchus for your event, the Broadwater vessel charter/boat hire package includes:
- Private access to the boat for however long you’d like to book it. The Bacchus comfortably accommodates up to 48 passengers for events.
- Customised cruising itinerary which may include the canals of Surfers Paradise, the Broadwater past the bar as far as Sanctuary Cove, Bums Bay, Wavebreak Island or Tipplers resort on South Stradbroke Island.
- Professional skipper and deckhand aboard all cruises. Parties over 30 are charged an additional deckhand to ensure the safety of passengers.
- Kitchen facilities with full use of a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and electric frypan to store and prepare your food.
- Availability for professional caterers to join you onboard but must be counted as part of your passenger numbers
- Thorough covid-safety plan and procedures in place including touchless temperature thermometer, mobile phone check-in procedure, 3 hand santiser stations, staff in gloves and masks (if mandated by Government policy)
- BBQ Beer garden with new BBQ and 300L freezer to keep drinks icy cold
- Sound-system with hi-fi speakers through the interior and exterior of the Bacchus
- Dancing in the interior saloon area may be arranged by clearing coffee table and ottomans so your guests can cut a rug
